In the USA, what guidelines does the Dept. of Corrections issue on the treatment of inmates? Is there a published standard? Are private prisons bound by the same standards?
depends on the state....some states have info online some you got to call their dept of corrections 1-800 number. Get the inmates full name and date of birth ..that could help
