Then go to Willi the Lifeguard and talk to him. He will ask you to come tomorrow. Wait another day and get the armbands from the Pony Yard. Go inside the Pony Stables and grab the armbands (Next to Henry). Then go back to Willi again. He will ask you to wait tomorrow. Come back tomorrow and grab the swimming suit from the Locker room (known as the changing room) right behind Willi. Grab the suit (Next to air conditioner) then go back to Willi and talk to him. Well, if you go to the Swimming Pool on Panfu and get into it, all you do is walk on it. But, if you have the swimsuit, you can swim in the Swimming Pool when you get into it! Just talk to the Life Guard at the Swimming Pool and he'll ask you to find the parts for the Swimming Suit, so you can swim! Hope I've helped :).
