The only hot springs known in Israel can be found in Tiberias and in the Yarmouk River valley. The Yarmouk springs are located near the Sea of Galilee in the Golan Heights region. The name of the springs is Hamat Gader.

It is worth noting that the Golan Heights is Syrian territory under legal Israeli-Occupation, according to International Law; it is not Israel proper. (The Tiberias Springs are within Israel proper.)
