Although I couldn't find that exact game, on the website direct2drive (SearchTerm=stronghold) you can buy these games with a credit card. That is the best I could find. Otherwise, just buy the game from Amazon and have it shipped to you
Steam sells Stronghold Crusader Extreme and takes American express.
The website called gog (Good Old games) sells Stronghold and Stronghold Crusader, they do not take American Express but they take pay pal and you should be able to use American express through PayPal.
