Without knowing you it is hard to say why you find it difficult to approach a cute lady. Many people have trouble approaching a cute person because they are shy or not confident with himself.

I know how to find a monologue or make a monologue. You just have to copy down at least 2 paragraphs. Make sure ALL of it is dialogue, and just make it sound like you are having a conversation with somebody. This MUST have helped.

To find a good monologue you should go to the library, read plays and choose things that best suit you (age appropriate). The Internet is not a good source for a real monologue. Right them down, type them up, or photocopying them.
