Over the past few years digital cameras have become easier to get so you would be able to purchase a brand new digital camera from a place like Wal-Mart or target etc. They may not be the best camera but it will do what you need to do.
There are generally about 720 scan lines that are used on an HD camera, but all cameras are different, so there could be more or less scan lines than provided.
If you are looking for a used camera at good price, check your local classified ads and you just might come out alright. The other place to check is Wal-Mart and you might find a new one cheaper than a used one.
You can find a good used camera on crags list or on eBay both those websites have really good prices and I am sure you can find a great camera on there.
A rear view camera car costs close to forty dollars on amazon. You could probably even find a rear view camera car for even less money used on sites like ebay.

Also, one must make sure that if an older 35 mm camera is purchase, one may still also buy the film needed to use it. There are likely a lot of used cameras like Ricoh and Canon available in resale stores.

It depends on the social classes. The lower you go the less involved you will find them. There are always the exceptions though.
