Gun shop, gun store. BTW, Ruge never made any firearms with a barrel that short.
It seems this caliber is slowly fading. I get mine from Able Ammo.
Gun shop, on line ammunition sales. Caliber is 6.5 Carcano.
Try Old Western Scrounger.
Walmart, bass pro shop, or just about any sporting goods store.
Try Old Western Scrounger
If the rifle has stampings of .223 Rem or 5.56x45mm on it, then yes it can. If it has stampings of other cartridges, then don't do it! Almost all guns have markings of their caliber on the reciever or the barrel. If your confused, find a professional (Gunsmith, firearms enthusiast, etc) and ask. Hope this helps.
Owners manual, Gunshop, most rifles have the caliber listed right on the barrel
Most gun shops. Your Iver J is in caliber 38 S&W, which is NOT .38 Special.
You should be able to find .32 ammo just about anywhere that sells ammo. if you are referring to a '30 cal. luger' then you can't used a 32 cal. shell. Lugers was made only in the 30 cal. luger (which has a bottle neck) and the 9mm cal. which has a straight brass case.................... this ammo can also be found in a sporting store......................
Norma's been making 7.7mm Arisaka rifle ammo since the 1960's, and probably still is. They were made using brand new brass, and had the caliber stamped on the bottom of the shells. EXCELLENT AMMO!
With the demand of ammunition, especially the .22 caliber long rifle, it is very difficult to find in stock at this time. Even the online stores specializing in ammo sales are having trouble keeping them in stock.
You can call Ruger or visit their website.
