The most consistent sources I use for reviews of pretty much everything is Amazon. Before I buy something, I like to look at the reviews for the product there, even if I'm not actually planning on buying the product at Amazon.
There are several sites that offer reviews on 3D televisions. I'd check Consumer Reports first because they have a really good reputation; their opinions are completely unbiased.
The Mitsubishi 3D tv line has gotten excellent reviews. It is said to have excellent sound quality, amazing 3D picture quality that is clear, bright and sharp.
You can research on technology magazines like www.pcmag.com or look at the reviews on CNET. They're both very good sources for looking at product (especially electronic) reviews. Samsung is a particularly good brand for 3D TVs and just television in general.
The Panasonic 3D tv has the best reviews. There are many reviews in the Electronics magazine. They have lots of different articles that go into great detail about which is the best one to buy, and why it's good.

Amazon is still the best place for reviews from average customers but if you want better information it might be best to go into an electronics store and ask a sales associate what they think.
The biggest available 3D television is the Sony 3D and it has gotten great reviews. This television has proven to have many new features in comparison to the older set that were out last year.
Most of us believe this quote, "the more you pay, the more you get." Most reviews also reviewed those expensive 3D TVs and rated them whether they're good or bad. However, we, as the customers, must know the quality of the things we would like to buy. Take Cinema 3D TV as an example. They offer a 3D TV set that is quite affordable compared to that of their competitors. That is because they adopt the technology that is used in the cinema. The 3D set only requires polarized 3D glasses. That is why the price is quite inexpensive. But the cheap price doesn't always speak for the quality. From the reviews I read, I noticed that Cinema 3D TV is more beneficial than the active shutter-glasses 3D TV.
Some people feel that Sony offers the best 3D TV overall because it has a clearer picture. I would look for a magazine with consumer reviews and ratings . I also heard that Samsung is pretty good also.
On youtube you can find tutorials for hooking up a 3d tv. You can search for your Tv brand or hooking up 3d tv. Also you can look up how to connect your 3d tv for instructions on http://3d-tvbuyingguide.com/3dtv/step12-3d-connections.html
Yes there are "no glasses" 3d TVs on the market at this time. You may wish to check reviews and if possible see on in person to gauge if they are what you are looking for.
