I would first check your lens to see if it is clean. Having a dirty lens can cause blurry and spotty images. Other reasons could be that your subject was too close, your camera is on the wrong mode, your camera didn't accurately focus the picture, or either your camera or your subject moved before the picture was completely taken. If you try all of these are you still are taking blurry pictures I would send it into kodak to be fixed, or get a new one if your warranty is still good.
