I have one that was rearended all else works great!
You can bypass the a/c compressor on the 1989 cadillac fleetwood by simply using a smaller accessory belt. I have found that a 77 inch belt works perfectly. There is no need for a bypass pulley and you won't find one for this model anyway.
Facing car, on left side, back behind fuse box. Should be blue.
The best place to find a wiring diagram is in the Cadillac Shop Manual. You can find one on eBay in the $50 range. It gives you the wiring diagram and so much more. Mine is becoming threadbare from use.

To find wiring diagram and component location for Cadillac eldorado 1993 and Cadillac Seville 94 access their main web site information or get in touch with local dealers.
Highly doubtful you'll find one for free. You'll need a Ford manual for the chassis and a Fleetwood manual for the body. You're going to have to accept that these are both going to come with a price tag. For the chassis, you can pay about $25 for a Chilton or Haynes manual, or closer to $100 for the much more detailed shop manual. You'll have to contact Fleetwood about their manual.

You could go to any local Auto Parts store and get a Chilton Repair Manual for that specific make and model.
do you mean the chassis no. or the vin no.? you can find the chassis no. with the vin. but not with the reg.no. you can find the vin. with the reg.no.
Up your but and around the corner!
