You can bypass the a/c compressor on the 1989 cadillac fleetwood by simply using a smaller accessory belt. I have found that a 77 inch belt works perfectly. There is no need for a bypass pulley and you won't find one for this model anyway.

The best place to find a wiring diagram is in the Cadillac Shop Manual. You can find one on eBay in the $50 range. It gives you the wiring diagram and so much more. Mine is becoming threadbare from use.
Yes, you can find a fuse diagram for a 1996 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham in the vehicle's owner's manual or service manual. Additionally, various online resources, including automotive forums and websites, may provide scanned diagrams or detailed descriptions of the fuse layout. If you’re unable to locate it, consider checking with a Cadillac dealership or a trusted mechanic for assistance.
On a 1993 Cadillac Fleetwood, the heater relay is typically located in the engine compartment, specifically in the fuse box or relay center. You can find it by opening the hood and looking for a rectangular black box near the firewall. Consult the diagram on the inside of the fuse box cover for the exact location of the heater relay. Always ensure the vehicle is off and properly cooled before inspecting or replacing any relays.

On a 1993 Cadillac Fleetwood RWD, the fuel pump relay is located in the engine compartment fuse box. To access it, open the hood and find the fuse box near the driver's side. The relay itself is typically labeled on the inside of the fuse box cover, making it easier to identify. If you're troubleshooting, ensure the relay is securely in place and check for any signs of damage.
To diagnose the non-functioning signal lights on a 1993 Cadillac Fleetwood, start by checking the fuse box for any blown fuses related to the turn signals. Next, inspect the bulbs to ensure they are not burnt out and replace any that are faulty. Additionally, examine the turn signal switch and the wiring for any signs of damage or loose connections. If these steps do not resolve the issue, consider consulting a professional mechanic to further investigate the electrical system.
Highly doubtful you'll find one for free. You'll need a Ford manual for the chassis and a Fleetwood manual for the body. You're going to have to accept that these are both going to come with a price tag. For the chassis, you can pay about $25 for a Chilton or Haynes manual, or closer to $100 for the much more detailed shop manual. You'll have to contact Fleetwood about their manual.
