Open Powerpoint. select a theme that you wish you use in sharepoint. Save it as .thmx file. Now browse to your sharepoint 2010 site. Go to site settings > themes. On the ribbon tab, select Documents > upload a document. add your saved thmx file and now it will be available in the list of available site themes in sharepoint site.
