Your question makes me suspect you may be a beginner. That's all right: we were all beginners once. 24/7 is a great fantasy, but like most fantasies it doesn't hold together in real life. (After all, a 24/7 slave needs a 24/7 Master, and they are few and far between!)
Before you do anything else, get a copy of The Leatherman's Handbook, by Larry Townsend. Larry's an old hand, and his book is still one of the best (and hottest) introductions to the whole leather scene. It has lots of tips for having fun safely. Two of the best: if you're a beginner, admit it. There are lots of people happy to introduce newcomers to the scene. And don't go home with someone until you and at least one other person know about the Master. (Bartenders can be good for this!)
There are leather bars in most larger cities, and you should also check out the ads in alternative newspapers and on line. Remember, though, people do lie in those ads, so set up a meeting in a public place first.
There are intense bondage scenes in New York and San Francisco. There are clubs in both places you can get in touch with. Play hard and play safe!
