For starters I would personally recommend to you that you read some good books on how to use a knife, how to throw knifes, and even how to make them, so get to reading as fast as you can.
It doesn't look like there are schools that teach you how to use that knife set. Check with the store you bought the knife set from. Sometimes they offer free in-store classes.

Not sure what wustof is, but wusthof is a german based knife company in solingen germany they make high quality cutlery for use in the kithcen. Coudln't find the definition for wustof.
It depends if you want a manual or eletric knife sharpener. If your looking for a manual sharpener I would suggest the Wusthof 2 stage knife sharpener. This sharpener is pretty simple to use. If you want an electric sharpener the Presto pro eversharp electric knife sharpener would be a good choice.

they use sheriken(the hidden knife in their hand), kunai(a knife used throw and can be used to attack)and a sword(not just normal ones the ones to defend and have a square middle)
If price is no object, Shun makes a really great bread knife that goes for about $130, its the Shun Classic model. If you dont want to spend that much money on one single knife you should look at F Dick's bread knife which is really popular and sells for only about $30.
