EDDIE VAN HALEN STEVIE STEVENS PLAYED ON DIRTY DIANA. HE WAS BILLY IDOL'S GUITARIST FOR.....LIKE ALWAYS
It seems like there are many musicians who have played the electric guitar for most or all of their careers. These musicians include Jimi Hendrix, Eddie Van Halen, and Slash.
I would say no. Bob Dylan was a revolutionized songwriter, mostly due to his choice of themes, but he didn't really revolutionize guitar playing. Great guitar pioneers are guys like Jimi Hendrix, Eddie Van Halen, Les Paul, etc.
Very stupid looking, like john cougar's
Oh man everyone online at eddievanhalen.com or vhlinks.com would tell you that you have to go to Los Angeles studio guitarist Jeff Fiorentino's website jfrocks.com if you want to learn about the Van Halen guitar style. That guy is an internet legend man he's been around for years teaching people to rock Van Halen style riffing and soloing. He'll do cool stuff too like cover songs of like Zeppelin's How Many More Times and do it like Van Halen would if they did a version of it. It's awesome there's tabs and video and jam tracks. It's the best site on the net for Van Halen style and other stuff course but since your question was about Van Halen guitar playing I thought I would only mention that aspect of what Jeff does.
Angus Young is a midget and Tony Iommi is like 60 and tired looking so it would have to go to Eddie Van Halen who is very fit and muscular.
There isn't a specific god of guitar in mythology or religion. However, many musicians and fans may refer to legendary guitarists like Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, or Eddie Van Halen as "guitar gods" due to their extraordinary skills and influence in the music world.
It Depends On Your Preference, Some People Love Fenders, Some People Love Gibsons - They're All Different But Have The Same Purpose. If You Mean Famous Guitars, Some People Like Frankenstrat (Eddie Van Halen's Guitar) Some PEople Love The Guitar That Hendrix Burned At Woodstock.
no it was eddie van halen. doesnt really sound at all like jimi
you learn by a someone who techs you like a teacher.
Eddie Van Halen. Period. VH is driven by the greatest guitarist in a generation. Since AI is a singing competition first, Van Halen just doesn't lend itself to a competition like this. Too bad. I'd love to hear it.
Eddie Van Halen once said in an interview that Eric Clapton was his favorite influence. He also said that he learned every one of his songs, note for note. And when it came to the solo, he would improvise.
