There aren't many Quark Xpress training classes anymore as Adobe InDesign has overtaken the world of publishing. Quark itself has it's own training documents from beginner to advanced via its QuarkEd program. http://8.quark.com/quarked.html There are online QuarkExpress training courses available. New Horizons offers online as well as classroom courses.
My sources say QuarkXpress 7.31 can.
