At some local car dealers an Isuzu Impulse can be purchased (It was a GM car). Although since this car is no longer being made, your best bet is to buy it used either from someone you know or check local newspapers under the buy/sell/trade listings. Other Websites are also good to find used Isuzu Impulses.

The 1991 Isuzu Impulse was offered in the 1.6L naturally aspirate (NA) and 1.6L turbocharged L4. The exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve is the same for both engines. Isuzu was partly owned by Chevrolet and Honda. The Isuzu cars were Rodeo Amigo Vehicross Oasis Axiom Trooper Aska Gemini Ascender Hombre Impulse D-Max Sportivo Alterra and many more. I don't know why they stopped making Isuzu cars.
5W-30 Motor oil i believe.
no. they stopped making them in 1993. there was also an american cousin also ending in 1993 called a geo storm
Geo Storm was manufactured from 1990-1993. Two engines were available the 1600cc SOHC and the 1600cc DOHC while it is possible to switch between one style engine for the other it is rather involved. Other sources for these engines are the Isuzu Stylus for the SOHC or the DOHC or the Isuzu Impulse XS for the DOHC. The Isuzu Impulse RS was a DOHC Turbo which requires considerable modification to install.
What year??? the first Impulse's did not use cv joit,,, because they are rear traction,, the cv joint are use it only in front drive,, or in some cars that have 4 wheell traction.. :) Jesus S.
