Instead of looking for 'CS3,' look for one that says 'CS2' or 'CS' depending on what version you are working with. These books range from very beginner techniques to more advanced one; however, they are all broken down into easy-to-understand format (provided you have a basic knowledge of Photoshop, like where certain tools are located in the program) and teaches you how to use them in new and creative ways.Photoshop is a huge program with many tools and features that can be manipulated into some very specific actions.
