You could volunteer at a shelter or you could pet-sit for people. Ask around! If you can't volunteer, you can always send animal food to shelters...
i do not think so. you have to be thirteen to work at a horse farm so an eleven year old could probably not work with larger and more dangerous animals. I think you would probably have to be at least eighteen to work with such large, dangerous animals.
ask to see if you can volunteer.
ok..... you can volunteer at a local pet store or tend the animals at a shelter...... if you want to volunteer a pet..... go to a local hospital and ask if your dog or whatever the animal is can help.. :) hope that's good!
a animal shelter
To be able to volunteer as a minor, one must have an adult accompanying them.
Google rescue agencies in your area, or look it up in the phone book. If you are from Canada, we have the SPCA (society for the prevention of cruelty to animals) I don't see why they wouldn't let you volunteer as a dog walker or something. You won't likely be able to get anything at a vet's office or a doggie daycare or anything like that, but rescue agencies should let you help out, even if its just a small part.
ASPCA has a lot of volunteer work. So does Petsmart. If Michigan has those places that is. Or you can check out any local vet's clinic. That's what I did before I was able to get a job; volunteer work with animals.

The RSPCA are a volunteer group to help animals.
