Expropriation means to take someone else's property for yourself. Extradition, which is I believe what you're referring to, is the legal surrender of a fugitive to the jurisdiction of another state, country, or government for trial.
Extradition is usually determined by an extradition treaty between two nations. In other words, whether one can or will be extradited depends on the nation seeking extradition and the nation in which the individual is residing.
Specifically, I don't know of any countries that lack extradition treaties without extradition treaties, but even as such, a nation can surrender an individual on a case-by-case basis if they so choose.
The Expropriation was created in 1972.
The duration of The Expropriation is 3600.0 seconds.
expropriation means seizure of private property by the government after paying compensation. confiscation is similar as expropriation, but confiscation does not involve such payments.
Expropriation is the seizing of property or goods for official purposes. By extension, the term is also applied to someone using another's goods or ideas. Example : "The company was upset at the expropriation of their utility trucks by the city." Example : "Bill felt that the company was planning the expropriation of his own ideas."
