You can usually get all of the episodes on Hulu, Netflix, or you can buy them on disk at an entertainment store such as Hastings, Sam's Club, Circuit City, etc. If you are interested in buying them on disk at a cheeper price, then try Amazon.com , if all that don't work then try you tube!
You can view episodes of NCIS from a variety of locations. You can try Hulu, or the CBS website. Failing that, you can also try a free trial subscription of Netflix.
I haven't seen anywhere to download the episodes, but they are out on dvd. Also, you can watch a bunch of free episodes at fancast.com. Unfortunately, my favorite, The Nuisance isn't there, but some other great ones are. Keep sending messages to iTunes to get Emergency for download. The more requests they get, the more likely it will get on there.
I don't know about south park and simpsons but if you want to get good quality family guy episodes go to watchfamilyguy.tv and in the top left corner there will be a link that says download. they have most episodes but not all episodes due to legal fees and other things
The TV show "Lost" can be seen for free on Hulu.com or ABC.com.
Jeopardy episodes are not available to watch online. It might be because it is not a network show and is a syndicated TV show available to be seen at the same time on different networks.
Normally they are free and can be seen on the television or internet.

There's a free version and a subscription version. I'm not sure what the difference is, though from what I've heard the biggest difference is that you get to pay for the subscription version (there are still ads). The funniest review I've seen of the subscription version said something like "I was expecting there to be a lot more episodes available and that they would be ad-free. You know where else I can watch current TV episodes with ads? TV."
Youtube, the person who is called Iliveinanomansland posts full versions of all the episodes.
