All OBD2 connectors on 2004 vehicles of any make are found on the left (drivers) side under the dash panel. Most have covers to protect the prongs.
The OBD2 connector is located underneath the ash tray.

Take out the ashtray (in front of the gear stick) and in there you will find the connector
Look underneath the steering wheel column, and towards the hood release latch there is the OBD2 Connector.
