You can't play Nintendo Switch games on a PC, you need a Nintendo Switch. That does not include games which started out on PC and were ported to Switch.
Most likely not because in the Nintendo Switch Reveal Trailer, he puts cartridges in and I don't see a disc input either.
You can find one on either eBay or amazon. They have small, independent sellers with a huge variety of Nintendo 64 games and accessories for really cheap prices.

It depends on what you are looking for in a console and what kind of games you would like to play. If you are on the move a lot and want to play games on the go then the Nintendo Switch is definitely the right choice. The Nintendo Switch is also the only choice when you want to play Nintendo games such as Animal Crossing: New Horizons or The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The PS5 is a more powerful device and it is mostly for gaming at home. It allows you to play a couple of new games coming out such as Godfall or Demon’s Souls. Overall is it really just up to what you are looking for in a console but my personal choice would be the PS5 for the exclusive games
Low end prices for newer Nintendo 3ds games usually start around thirty dollars. By buying used you may find some as low as five dollars even though it is tough to find the newer games at these prices. Auction sites are a good way to go to get these games for cheaper.
Ebay
You do not necessarily have to buy games before you get the Switch, since there is the Nintendo eShop, which is an online store where you can buy most games digitally
Currently we don't have much choices. but according to the news from 3ds-flashcard/blog, we know that a Nintendo Switch hacking device from Team-Xecuter will be released in future for opening up CFW (Custom FirmWare) on the Nintendo Switch, no matter the firmware version it is.
Many sites have Nintendo DS games at a low price. Walmart, Target, K-Mart, Amazon, Best Buy, and Gamestop all stock Nintendo DS games of varying prices.
You can run older Nintendo games with emulators.I've never really had much luck with them personally. They all seem a little clunky.
It really depends on what you are looking for. The Nintendo Switch is a brand new Nintendo system that has been released on March 3rd, 2017 with a few games at launch, including Zelda Breath of the Wild. Though it is still really early in its life, there are a lot of new games announced for it including Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Splatoon 2, Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and Super Mario Odyssey. However these games are not yet released so you will have to wait for a bit before playing these games. On the other hand, the Wii U has been discontinued and Zelda Breath of the Wild is likely the last game Nintendo will be developing for the Wii U. There are already a lot of good titles including, 3D World, New Super Mario Bros U, Mario Maker, Mario Kart 8, HD Zeldas, Pikmin, Smash Bros, Splatoon, Xenoblade X, Yoshi, Kirby and others. So if these games are interesting enough, it may be worth getting a Wii U for.
