Tofu Noodles are another type of asian noodle but be sure the label states that its only ingredient is tofu to ensure it being Atkins friendly. Spagetti squash is a vegetable and so of course it qualifies and is quite delicious cooked in a red sauce with cheese. Dreamfields pasta is a traditional pasta that is low in carbs at 5 grams each serving. It comes in about all pasta shapes and styles.
