Go to the brc area 1. At the top of the page is a link called 'riding clubs' . This is for ones in Scotland and you scroll down to look for once in your area.
After checking the website I could not find any information on whether or not you are required to bring your own horse for lessons or not. I would suspect however that you would need your own horse or at least a lease horse for her lessons.
go to the props merchant in athens/sparta.. then buy the riding skill... after buying press "b" and find your riding skill book..right-click on it.. after learning the skill press "s" and find the " riding " skill and put it in your skill boxes on the bottom of your screen.. after putting it there press the "riding skill" after that you are now riding your horse..
