The Mariner web site is probably the best resource for information about their products, including manuals. Sites such as MarineEngine and FilesTube have the manuals available for download as well.

Your local library is a good source for outboard repair manuals including the wiring diagrams. Most libraries now are on a network with area or Statewide libraries and books can be sent directly to you.
You can usually go to a main library that has manuals for engines as well as transmission diagrams.

Two stroke engines are used in dirt bikes, ATVs, snowmobiles, etcetera. You can find them in most small recreational vehicles like that. A lot of outboard boat motors are also two stroke.
Probably at any boat motor repair shop, small engine repair shop, or maybe even at a major auto parts store.
You can find some of the manuals on docin.com
