you can get Google widget on your phone by going on menu, then click on settings, then click on display and light when you click that a new list will show, click on widgets, and then in the top right hand corner there is a thing that says phone, click on that and change it to downloaded, once you have clicked on that it will show more widgets that have been downloaded, click on the "more widgets" button make sure it is marked and save then go to your home screen, click on your side bar and scroll down until you find the button you just marked (the blue "more widgets" button) and drag it to the centre of your page click on "all" and you scroll down that page until you find the widgets you want, as well as Google there are others such things as clock and stuff like that :) hope this helped
