Well, they are both the same measurements. The Cooler is: 10x5.5x5 and the strap is 49.5 and adjustable. With the mini cooler its the same except the strap is only 49 and I don't believe it is adjustable. The mini cooler also includes two front pockets, as with the cooler, it only has one. It technically doesn't matter but I prefer the cooler.
A water cooler usually refers to a water dispenser that chills the water. Some people also refer to a water fountain (one of those things you drink water from in public buildings or parks) as a water cooler as well.
There are no BTUs in an office water-cooler. But you can calculate how many BTUs are removed by the cooler. One BTU or British Thermal Unit is the amount of heat energy required to raise the temperature of one pound of water one degree Fahrenheit. There for when you remove one BTU you are lowering one pound of water one degree Fahrenheit. So if you know how many pounds of water you have and the temperature of the water you start with and the temperature of the water comming out of the cooler you can calculate how many BTUs the cooling unit of the water cooler has removed. BTU=Temp1 - Temp 2 X LB water

You can buy a mini water dispenser from any online site that offers them. You can also buy them from your local water company or hardware store that sells them.
It depends on the type of water cooler, but you can probably find the capacity at the bottom of the cooler.
Take a Fishbowl or water cooler and put packed in dirt on 2 thirds of it and put water on one third of it. Now put ants or another small creature and put it on land. Now take aluminum foil or another foil like that and put it over the top of the container. Put a marble or small weight where you want it to rain. Now you have a mini enviorment
Yes, warmer water generally has less oxygen compared to cooler water because oxygen dissolves more easily in cooler water.
