One can complete an advanced driving course in many places. One can visit the local driving school or read the local newspaper that often offers advertisements for driving courses.
A defensive driving course is an advanced driving course that trains drivers to anticipate and avoid dangerous situations, regardless of the conditions and/or the actions of other drivers. This type of course is offered by various government agencies, non profit organizations, and private schools, and can be taken online or in the classroom. Many insurance companies offer discounts on car insurance to drivers who take a defensive driving course. And in many states, taking a defensive driving course can be a way to dismiss traffic tickets.
Depending on where a traffic ticket was issued, one can usually have a choice of how to go about a driving course. In most counties, one can choose to either take a course in an available classroom, or on an approved driving course website.
Enlist, request an Airborne contract, complete Basic Combat Training and Advanced Individual Training (for certain occupations, this will be combined into a single One Station Unit Training course), complete the jump school at Fort Benning.
Experience or by taking a defensive driving course.
One should consider taking a defensive driving course if they want to improve their driving skills, become a safer driver, or potentially reduce insurance premiums. Additionally, taking a defensive driving course may be beneficial after receiving a traffic ticket or being involved in an accident.

Well, on the two sections- Normal/Easy and Advanced, there are 4 levels each. You must complete the last level (level 4) on the Normal/Easy section to unlock the Advanced section. Also, there IS NOT an Expert or 3rd section on the obstacle course. No matter how many points you get or how fast you go when you finish the last/4th level on the Advanced section, you will not unlock an Expert section, because there is not one.
Advanced knowledge of driving a car can be obtained through multiple ways. One way is by watching more experienced drivers and asking them questions. Experienced drivers are a great reference due to the fact that they have had time to fine tune their driving skills. Another way to gain advanced knowledge of driving is through instructive courses set up through the department of motor vehicles.
An AP course
There are online driving schools that can help you with your driving, but you will still need to have instruction with the actual driving part, and of course, experience in it. onlinedrivingschool.org should help you.
