There really is no way to protect your interests since you are agreeing to be photographed nude. The photographer may present you with a model release form, which is part of the process. The downside to the model release form is that this is a piece of paper stating that you waive your right to the photos and cannot claim that they are your property or put your copyright on them. It also usually states that you will not try to sell the images to make a profit. You won't have any control as to how the photographer uses the images, unless he breaks any of the conditions stated in the model release form...in that case, you could take him to court but not many models actually do that. If you are unsure, especially since they are nude photos, then you should not do the shoot.
