Yes, you can. They are available on the Walt Disney World website for advance purchase.

Yes, there are plenty of discounted tickets to Disney World available online. They are on lots of websites and they are legal tickets, too. I would not recommend eBay for looking for tickets.
Obtaining tickets for Disney Magic Kingdom are easy to get. The Disney website has a dedicated web page for purchasing tickets and passes, both for adults and children prices.
There are many places where one would be able to purchase Disney World Orlando tickets online. One could visit the Disney theme park official website for purchasing tickets online.
Yes you can enter magic kingdom at 7pm, although I would only suggest doing that if you have a park hopper ticket and you want to enter that park after being in others, because it would be a waste of a day to enter that late.
It depends on the specifics of the ticket, if it's a one day/one park ticket or a park hopper but they're pretty much the same price, one ticket for one adult to visit one park costs $105 at Universal Studios & to visit just the Magic Kingdom for one day is $110.
Sort of...you can not drive DIRECTLY to Magic Kingdom form Fort Wilderness. You need to take a bus, boat, or monarail. (sp) Follow the signs that lead you to the Transportation and Ticket Center. There you will have to park your car (show them your ticket for Fort Wilderness and I think it's free) Then you can get on the bus, boat, or monarail to Magic Kingdom which ever your choose. (Monarail is probably the quickest) (All those are free, even to nonguest.) Enjoy your stay! :)
Yes there is. There is beer in every park but Magic Kingdom
Magic Kingdom.

No, Walt Disney was at park opening for Disneyland theme park in 1955 and Magic Kingdom in Orlando resort opened in 1971 after Walt died.

Magic Kingdom (which is also known as Magic Kingdom Park) is located at the Walt Disney World Resort in Bay Lake, Florida. Other Disney parks are affectionately referred to as the "Magic Kingdom", but the Florida location is the only one officially labeled as such.
