Typically I have found that a small brew is about 6oz, a medium brew is 8oz, and a large brew hits about 10oz. I believe each K cup is designed for a medium brew at 8oz making a small brew slightly stronger and a large one weaker. If you like a particularly light flavor, then you can use the same K-cup to brew two 6oz portions or even one 6 and one 8 to dilute the flavor. I wouldn't stretch the K-cup usage much beyond this though. - - - - - - - - - I believe that the question was "how much coffee is in a K-cup." If this is truly the question, then the answer is 8.5 to 10 grams (.30 to .35 ounces) of ground coffee per K-cup, depending on the blend, roast, and manufacturer. For reference, two tablespoons of coffee - a popular amount recommended for a 6 ounce cup of coffee - weighs about .35 ounces).

"K-Cup" is a delivery system for coffee. The coffee is prebrewed, condensed, and placed into small "k-cups". The k-cups are then placed into a k-cup machine and the coffee is mixed with water and poured into a drinking cup. This is a totally untrue answer. Keurig is the company with the "k cup" maker. The K cups are tiny sealed cups with ground coffee above a tiny filter below, and the machine punches a top hole to inject hot water and a small bottom hole to dispense into your cup. Clearly the above person has never used a Keurig coffee maker. It is far better than discribed. The k cup contains raw grounds of many flavors which is the attraction.
