Alienware x51 is a gaming desktop made by Dell. Reviews can be found on Dell's website or via PCMag, Digital Trends, PC World, CNET, or The Verge. These are just a few of the many places where reviews can be found.
Yes. The alienware X51 699 is very good for gaming.
Yes
An Alienware X51 comes with all the necessary cables to operate the computer in a normal environment. This includes the power cable, monitor cable, and input devices commonly found on all computers.
Alienware X51. 699$
The Alienware Aurora is a lower spec machine and will play Skyrim on max settings - the base x51 is even more powerful and should have no problem doing the same.
The lower spec Aurora can run Skyrim on max settings with no problem. An X51 will be sorted for years to come.
Alienware's most powerful desktop computer is the Area-51 ALX. Their most powerful laptop is the M17x.
According to http://computers.toptenreviews.com/gaming/ the best desktop for gaming is the Cyberpower PC Black Pearl. The best would, however, be a personal choice and be dependent upon price and type of gaming.
In my opinion, Alienware x51. It is better since you can easily upgrade and even customize the components if there is a latest hardware. It is built for gaming, so definitely the speed, graphic and connections are really fast. Dell XPS 300 is cheaper when I checked the price and built for multimedia which has the latest processor and wireless NIC but you can't customize or replace the components if there would be a newer version, you would be stuck to the original. You can always do a comparison on both computers to verify their specs and prices, I added the links I used.
Probably a issue with your computer. Does it only lag on Skyrim or other games? May also be because of background programs, or excessive mods. Alienware isn't too great for gaming, I suggest a custom made one. If you can't make one yourself, you should buy a custom made one.
alienware laptops can be found in almost all the major laptop dealing sites and shops. They can be found at different price ranges too.
In terms of consumer happiness and overall consumer satisfaction yes. But the price point on it is very high. I would choose another computer to purchase, you could find one just as good but cost much less.
