Where can welders work?

it all began back way when, when i was a kid, welders would come to my house and burn me, i dont want to tell the story because it shakes me up, but this is what happened. I was found one day dead, because of a welder getting pissed off at me because i beat his dog with a broom stick, oops

Anywhere from a sanitary, quality controlled, clean environment to dirty, smokey, hot, tight/cramped locations. I've been in the latter more often than the former. I've worked on construction hundreds of feet up to the bottom of ships and barges. Rooms where you wear a contamination suit to ships holds full of smoke, water, grease and even cockroaches and rats. Shops that are ventilated to kitchens in restaurents while the cooks propare food.

Its not easy work, you get burnt, bruised. You work in often dangerous situations and it seems every time a mill, warehouse or oil facility burns down its blamed on you. Even if a welder hasn't set foot on the property in months!!! :o)
