there is a plastic gear inside the window motor that commonly strips out. If you have an old working motor you can swap these gears out otherwise you will have to buy new motors.

What they are asking you is whether or not the window motor has ever been replaced or not. If you've owned the car since new or at least pretty new and you've never replaced the window motors then they are OE. The way to tell by looking at them is if they are riveted in, then they are OE. At the factory the used rivets to save time on assembly rather than using bolts. Obviously then if the window motor is bolted in then it is not OE.
