I don't think you can dowload the game legally, but you can buy the game and dowload English patches on a few sites. You can buy it at... eBay, maybe? Or you could just fly to Japan and get it XD
um, higurashi daybreak is for the PSP, and it currently is not made in english, and it's pretty expensive, but you can buy the japanese version on Ebay (hope that helped)
