You're supposed to be able to order from their website - nespresso.com. I haven't figured out how to do that yet, and just emailed them asking... but I know it does involve signing up/registering on their website. I've also seen the capsules in limited quantities/variety packs at Williams Sonoma.

  • When you bought your maker it came with a book and a customer number. If you do not have that number you can call them at 1-800-562-1465 or simply go to Nespresso.com and follow the links for setting up an account and then ordering online. The customer service is OUTSTANDING and delivery is generally the next day regardless of shipment method. Longest I've waited on 2 day shipping is 1 full day. The website shows you all the blends and descriptions. A sleeve of 10 is $5.50 up from $5 about 6 months ago and the minimum website or phone order is 50 capsules or roughly $34.95 with shipping. Once you have registered online the ordering process takes about 2 minutes to complete. There is one Bed, Bath & Beyond in Manahattan on 61st I believe where you can buy sleeves and their stores one of which is on Madison Ave in NYC - the website lists about 5 other locations. Other than that, online or by phone are your only options. I have noticed people selling sleeves on Ebay BUT BEWARE they are always over priced as a sleeve is only $5.50 for 10 (55 cents each) through Nespresso. The price in Europe is also identical although wih the exchange rate it costs about 60 cents more for Americans now. Nespresso.com or 1-800-562-1465.
  • I would add that on eBay, it varies. Some sellers are doing "buy now" for just at $0.55 per capsule for a sleeve of 10 but then want $20 for shipping and handling. Ugh. Flat rate PRIORITY USPS small box is $4.90 and you can get 4 sleeves at least in that. The next size up or standard flat rate PRIORITY box is $9.85 and you could probably get 30 sleeves in it at least.

So beyond watching the price per capsule, don't get taken in by $30 shipping or worse. There are other websites which offer capsules and accept PayPal.

Replacement Nespresso capsules can be purchased from the Nespresso company website once you have signed up as a club member. Capsules cost between $0.70 - $0.80 each. Another option to consider is to use the refillable capsules which are now available. These allow you to refill the capsules with whatever coffee or alternative drink you wish.

It would probably be difficult to sell Nespresso Capsules. However, you can always try your luck at Ebay or if you have the receipt try returning it to the store that you bought it from.
