If you mean "How do you find a person's Neopets username?" then you'd have to ask them yourself. If you mean "How do you find a Neopets user?" (which is what I'd assume), then you scroll down a bit until you see a text box on the left side of your screen. It's a bit under the picture of your Neopet, and above the Neofriends box. Type in their username in that box, then hit "Go" or hit the Enter key. Select the correct match, and viola! You're at their Userlookup. If you typed in something wrong, then just re-do those steps.
How does your Neopet become a baby?
There are only two ways for your neopet to be a baby neopet.1. Find and buy a baby paintbrush. These can get veryexpensive, but it makes them look SO cute! However, if you use the Shop, Trade, or Auction wizard, you won't find the brush (as it is with all rare items). I suggest posting an ad on a website, your profile, a pet's page (especially the one that you want to paint).2. A very rare random event will turn your active Neopet into a baby neopet. First go to explore, and then click the picture of the burger next to the rainbow. Then click on the sign post that says the plaza. Next of all, click on the building that says the pound on it. If you want other neopets, there is a bar at the top of the page that says view more neopets. Click on that bar, and you will be given a new choice.

First of all, it's called a Jetsam. Anyway, there are only a few ways to get a limited edition Neopet. you can buy a *Coloured* Jetsam Morphing Potion (E.g. Blue Jetsam Morphing Potion), or you can wait to make one on the Jetsam day which only happens once a year, go look at the Calender page in Neopets to find out where the Jetsam day is and make one on that day. Or you can buy a Jetsam Transmogrification Potion which turns your Neopet into a Mutant Jetsam - which is not pretty. That's probably one of the few legal ways to get a Jetsam.

It isn't entirely about battle and ruling, but there is a webisite called neopets which is similar. You have up to four neopets (electronic pets which can get hungry, think and be happy or sad). You can train your neopet to make it stronger, clever and faster. You will have to feed them electronic food to keep them healthy, and if you want to, play with them to make them happy. If your neopet falls ill somehow, you should give them medicine. That's where the neopian currency comes in. They are called neopoints, and you can easily get them by playing loads of good games, stumbling across them or getting them using freebies (freebies are scattered across neopia, you can get all sorts). With neopoints, you can buy food, clothes, toys ect. There is another currency called neocash, which you have to pay real money for. You can only buy clothes with neocash. You can train your neopets to fight other neopets in the battledome. To find links to freebies, good and hard to find games, dailies and neopets events type neo__rainbow (two underscores), click on his shop and click on the dailies link.
