Guinea fowl can have keets at almost any time of the year depending on the temperature. Keep the Guinea fowl with a male and they will usually breed and sit on the eggs.
Baby guineas are called keets and a group of baby guinea fowl are called keets as well. Ex: "I was walking down to my local farm and saw a cute group of keets walking around in their pen".
Keets are brown with black stripes and markings and a tan underside. If you mean an actual species called "Tan Guinea Fowl" then I have absolutely no idea. Sorry.
a keet IS the baby guinea fowl... if you mean care for it, then may be it just doesn't want it, so it doesn't need it... they lay lots of eggs at a time anyway! :)
Yes they do, but much less pronounced in the hen than those of the cock. Keets all have wattles of the same size and shape at first but after a few months the males are quite noticeably different and larger.

from a person selling a red guinea pig
You can buy a guinea pig from the: built/buy mode -> object catalogue -> pet supplies.
I cannot find anything that says you can buy guinea hens in Temecula yourself, only online.
