I would try online stores such as "Cheaper than Dirt", Cabelas, Champion Shooters Supply, or...try your local Bass Pro Shop or Gander Mountain
The Brass Bullet was created on 1918-08-10.
You cannot re-size 380 brass with a 9mm sizing die, nor can you size 9mm brass with a 380 die. You can use the the bullet seating dies back and forth. But you'll need to get sizing dies in both 380 and 9mm. The shell holder and primers are the same for both.
The bullet shoulder is the step below the ogive that fits into the mouth of the brass case.

Of course have you ever seen a bullet that is brass or copper . Brass causes much less fouling of the lands and grooves
Yes, used rifle (and pistol) brass can be re-used several times. If it wasn't, you wouldn't be able to buy thousands of products for reloading ammunition.
Brass ammunition cases are tapered to facilitate smooth feeding and extraction in firearms. The taper helps reduce friction and prevents jamming during the reloading process. It also aids in consistent chambering of the round, promoting reliable and efficient functioning of the firearm.
Bullet casings is probably the #1 use.
lead, steel, copper, tungsten, brass, etc.
lead, steel, copper, tungsten, brass, etc.
Any spent plastic shotgun shells (hulls) should be reusable, as long as the brass is re-sized before reloading. Paper isn't recommended, and brass casings are practically non-reloadable.
I usually melt copper wire, scrapped home brass furnishings, bullet casings and copper tubing for brass.
