You can buy a paging amplifier from Amazon or E-BAY if you are looking for a second hand one. If you are looking to buy a new one you can go to ipphone-warehouse the have quite a good selection.
One can purchase a Vox amplifier from Amazon where one can buy them for $39.99. They are also available to buy from eBay, Musicians Friend and Ultimate Guitar.

You can buy a used Gibson Guitar Amplifier at Guitar Center, in their used gear section. These Amplifiers can be very pricey, because they can be collectors items, costing from around $149 to more than $2000.
craigslist, kijiji, eBay or any site if you're not within driving distance of a guitar shop. DONT get them from the same place you buy shoes and ipods, go to a real guitar store if you can.
When you buy a top brand guitar, generally you will get a set of strings and probably a soft case. If you ask nicely, you can even get a pick or two free. Sometimes when you buy cheap guitars, they might throw in a stand, a small amplifier and a tuner, depends on the generosity of the merchant. What you need to have everything enough to play is the amplifier, a guitar lead, some plectrums (picks), a set of strings already on the guitar and something to put the guitar in after you play. Later, you can get a guitar stand, a strap for standing while you play and some effect pedals.
You should check the manufacterer suggestions. Since they know the guitar inside and out, they will give you the best information. You can also ask your local guitar shop.
If your asking which is better I would say an acoustic guitar. Because you don't have to buy an amplifier or anything like that you can just start playing and practicing right away.
If you are referring to "wireless", than you must first buy a wireless receiver that hooks into your amplifier, and your guitar, and transmits a signal from the guitar to the amp... SongScouting: or just buy a pickup microphone. Dean Markley makes one that is a wooden bar that goes across your soundhole, or there is a "button" type that sticks (with putty) to your bridge.
