u need to go to mt.c next to heart home city or odbrough city and surf the waters and then rock climb the wall then go up the stairs and go to 1 of the ends and u see a place to rock climb and then u go down and find a item and then go back in the cave and go to the other end of the cave and u end up out in the snow and follow the the path and find your way to the speer pillar if u cant get any further than i just told u and u r desperate and want to cheat alot go on utube and type in what u have tyed at the top for your queston.
