The only way to catch Raikou and Entei in Pokemon Crystal is a random ecounter and they change locations. I mostly found it in grass area left to burned tower. If u wanna catch those dogs all u hav 2 do iz buy 30 max repel (without cheating even more) have master ball with duplication cheat (give a master ball to a Pokemon save ur game n deposite it in computer then change the box fast while changing it save game in the process when it show "saving game do not trun off." when "." appear wait half or one second in crystal n <in gold n silver off when ever u want in saving> then trun off then on it there is one pkmn with ball with u n one in computer try it until u success u can do it with balls items n TM) with it run all grass area with ur bycycle around whole map i catch those in 42 minute 2 in grass area left of burned tower n one in right of park lower door in gold n both in left of burned tower in crystal
