You go to the Great Bridge and go down to the lake. There's a place where you go down on the far right part of the Great Bridge. Go down with the rotten fish you get at the fish market and block every part so the kappa eventually goes into your net. It's pretty hard at first but you'll get it. It was pretty easy.
