i dont think you can catch one the only way is to catch a growlithe and train it and when you decided what level you want to evovle it use a fire stone on it and your preciouse little growlithe will evolve into the "legendary" arcanine.
You can't capture Arcanine in Leafgreen. You will need a Growlithe from Firered first then use a Fire Stone on Growlithe to make it evolve to Arcanine.
Arcanine at level 48.
Try to get an alakazam, pidgoet, nidoking, starmie, arcanine and your starter
In Pokémon Sapphire, you cannot catch Arcanine directly, as it is not available in the game. However, you can obtain Arcanine by trading with someone who has Pokémon FireRed or LeafGreen, where it can be found. You would need to evolve a Growlithe, which is the pre-evolution of Arcanine, using a Fire Stone. After trading or evolving, you can then have Arcanine in your Pokémon Sapphire game.
.....i don't know about you, but a tiger isn't a Pokemon.....now, if your talking about Arcanine (that's the only Pokemon i can think of that can be confused with a tiger, evem though its a dog!) you have to import it from leafgreen and firered.
You can not catch it in leafgreen, but in firered you can.
In Pokemon Platinum, you can't catch an Arcanine, but you can catch a Growlithe and evolve it into an Arcanine. To catch a Growlithe, you have you use dual-slot mode with FireRed in the second slot and then you should have an 8% chance of catching a Growlithe on Routes 201 and 202 in Platinum.
the only way you can get arcanine in games is to evolve a growlithe via fire stone. you can't catch growlithes in hoenn, so the only way you can get one is by trade from Pokemon firered and leafgreen.
Nowhere no hoenn Pokemon can be captured in leafgreen.
I dont exactly know but you can catch him with the action replay.
Catch 'em all
"How do I get an ekans in Pokemon leafgreen?"You can't catch an ekans in Pokemon leafgreen, but you can catch it in Pokemon firered and trade it.I got my Ekans at route 10 at lv. 4
