all you have to do is get a fishing rod and fish in the big lake in mt. coronet(you only find it in four spaces and each of those change everyday) P.S. if you want to get it on you dex go to sunnyshore city then go to the route from lake valor to sunny shore.the third fisherman has one.(only if you start from sunnyshore)
