First you need the HM surf to get to Nuzleaf.Nuzleaf is next to Fallarbor town route 114.The place he is mostly at is where you go to Fallarbor town go down a bridge you see a girl in a green hat and you see a house go right in front of the house and to the right you see pitches of grass go there.Next you run or walk in the pitches of grass and you might see a Lombre or Lotad or a swablu or a Seviper.Keep looking for Nuzleaf he is as hard to find as a Relicanth(witch is underwater) and you will Nuzleaf eventuality.The best part is he is easy to catch don't waist your ultra balls just use great balls if youwould like.

Then go to mosdeep city and dive for a while and you will find a green shard take it to the island with the house on it and get a leaf stone. give it to your nuzleaf and PRESTO! You now have a shiftry. Shiftry will helf you beat the elite four champion in emerald. But not in Sapphire and ruby. HOPE THIS HELPS! You can catch in ruby and emerald as a nuzleaf.
