There are only two ways that i know of (my username is duddee123) and they are trading and a glitch. One occasions you will find a good trade that will fetch you a phione. Otherwise you can use a glitch.
1. Open up two tabs and login on both with the same server.
2. Go into a CPU controlled battle with the Pokemon you want on the opponents team and with the other tab find a wild Pokemon but do not fight it yet.
3. In the CPU controlled battle make sure you are versing the Pokemon you want then change Pokemon and while that's loading change the tabs and click fight to verse the wild Pokemon. If this is not the right Pokemon then try it again. it will eventually appear as a wild Pokemon.
