try using under eye concealer an a light eyeliner on your waterline to correct the color on it. also use a light shimmery eyeshadow on your inner corner of the eye near the tear duct an under your eyebrow and it will also help brighten things up. if you use mascara on the lower lashes then apply it on the ends not so high up the lower lashes but at the tips.

∙ 11y agoOne has to born having black irises but this a very (very) rare occurrence. More commonly, people have dark brown irises which may appear black, especially where the pupil is not clearly discernible from the iris.
