In the printer's Properties, on the advanced tab
Yup ... it's called "Reverse Ordered" printing. It should be an option on your printer control panel software.
When you fire a print through Canon LBP2900B printer, dialog box opens on the screen. Select Options->Utility->Configure Page Print. Select 'OK' to print page configuration. In the print out, you will see the total pages printed.
after saving the file go to the file menu then click on print if there is the new version of windows xp then on print preview dialog box will be open then click on page setup option now u can set the page. u can also done it from page set up option.
Look in your printer menu and it should be under Layout, you should then see an option on how many per page, which direction, etc.
Whenever you print a page a copy of the page is stored directly in the RAM within the printer. The printer RAM is just to serve as a temporary storage facility until the paper is printed out, just in case there is an error with the printer or the page and it has to be reprinted. It would allow the printer to reprint the page without having to find the page and hit print again.
All printers should have the option to change paper type. Though having said that, on my Brother HL-2130 laser, going File > Print > Page setup, shows Page type greyed out. But my printer is printing correctly. If you had given the make and model of your printer, I would have been able to be more specific. I can only suggest going on the maker's website and see if there is any info that will solve your problem.
When viewing the printer page, right click your default printer (the one you will print from) and click properties. I can't remember exactly what Tab will then give you this list but one of them will give you a list of things such as trays you can use, what tray uses what default paper and the colors your printer can use. From there you can select your tray to use A4 paper instead of Letter.
Printing in reverse order is set in your printer settings, not in MS Word. How you do it depends on the model of printer you have. You can go to File/Print in MS Word. When the print box appears, look for "Printer Properties" or "Advanced", depending on the printer you should find the option for reverse page printing under one of these options.

Printing 8 slides per sheet from PowerPoint is not an option through the program, but your printer options may allow you to print them on one sheet. All you have to do is go into you printer properties and change the option for pages per sheet to 8. If you don't have this option available, then you may want to print a double-sided document with four slides on each.
