On Apple word, Type in Helvetica in the font box and it gives it to u.
The Helvetica font can be downloaded for free. You can get mostly anywhere on the internet. If you have Microsoft word they give you the font for free already.

If you have a Mac you already have a Helvetica font; it comes with the system. A Windows machine has Arial on it, which is almost exactly the same thing.
